How long will it take my order to ship?
It takes about 4 days to process and prepare your order. Shipping within the US typically takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping to international locations typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Where are orders sent from and is shipping tax-friendly?
All orders are shipped from the United States. If VAT or other taxes and fees are applicable to your order, they’ll be automatically added during checkout.

How long does it take to refund or cancel my order?
To start a refund or order cancelation, send an email to aesgamestudio@gmail.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Can I return or exchange a game from my order?
Before finalizing your order, please take time to review it thoroughly. Our in-stock game orders are promptly processed once you have completed checkout, and it may not be possible to make any changes before your order ships.
You can return a physical game that has not been opened or damaged within 20 days of receipt. However, a restocking fee and the shipping costs for the return will apply. If you would like to return your order, please contact us for further details and instructions.
Are all orders sent with tracked shipping?
Packages containing full games include tracked shipping. You’ll receive an email from our distribution partner when your package is on it’s way. Packages for replacements parts ship from the US and are not tracked. Please allow extra time for shipping replacement parts internationally.
Order errors & replacement parts
My shipment is incomplete or included the wrong items. What should I do?
If your package has been lost or stolen, or you received the incorrect items, please let us know right away! We will work with our shipping partner to make things right.

Can I review one of your games?

Do you accept game submissions from designers?
We don’t currently accept design submissions.
Do you offer a late backer option after your Kickstarter campaigns?
Yes! We always run a late-pledge option for a few months after each campaign.
Do you sell Kickstarter versions after the campaign ends?
Kickstarter quantities are limited to ensure exclusivity for our backers. But we do have additional inventory from each campaign for sale here on our site, as well as available at conventions and events.

Oros gameplay
Do I need to climb to the top of a stack of sacred sites to build the next level?
No! You can build any level of sacred site directly from a mountain tile. When building, your follower immediately moves up into the sacred site to study. The higher the site, the higher up your follower is. The cost of building is never climbing up, it's always climbing back down.
Do I need to unlock all the columns across the full player mat to unlock a horizon?
You only need to unlock the first 5 columns to unlock a horizon.
If all my action spaces are occupied by followers, can I still return more followers from study?
No. To return a follower from study, the follower must be placed on an unoccupied action space. If you do not have an unoccupied action space, you cannot return from study.
Can I ascend higher than space 15 on the ascension track?
No. Only one player can ascend to the topmost space. Doing so will trigger the end of the game. If players ascend during their final turns, they can only ascend to an unoccupied spaces.
